Maria Fulvia Castelli

A law graduate of the University of Bologna in 1988, she was admitted to the Bar in 1991 and to the special roll of lawyers entitled to practise before the higher courts in 2004. With well-established experience in commercial and civil law, she assists businesses and individuals with an approach focused on practical results and the prevention of litigation.
She handles extraordinary corporate transactions and company acquisition processes and has devoted herself to contract law from the very outset of her career, also providing advice and assistance in commercial law, insolvency law and the management of business crises.
Her in-depth knowledge of civil law is enriched by significant experience as an Honorary Judge at the Fourth Civil Division of the Milan Court of Appeal and as a Sports Judge for the Emilia-Romagna branch of the Italian Tennis Federation.
Bianca Cennamo
Lawyer
She graduated with honours from the University of Bologna in 2015 and was admitted to the Bar in 2019. In the course of her professional practice she has gained experience in civil law, specialising in real estate and condominium law as well as in contract law, offering her clients pragmatic, clear and dependable protection.
She has also developed particular expertise in privacy matters, dealing with personal-data protection legislation (GDPR) and the related procedures. During her training she completed the traineeship under Article 73 of Decree-Law no. 69/2013, working alongside a judge at the Third Civil Division of the Bologna Court of Appeal, refining her knowledge of court proceedings and case law.

Adele Marcomini

She graduated with honours from the University of Bologna in October 2024 and was entered in the register of trainee lawyers of the Bologna Bar Association in November 2024.
During her university studies she developed a particular interest in civil and commercial law, which she continues to deepen through her legal training, assisting clients in both litigation and out-of-court matters.
